We are proudly announce that our products are 100% authentic and they have high quality. We assured that the products have been checked by our Quality Control Team for several times before Packaging.


Legitimate Reasons for Initiating a Return:


1. Defective or Malfunctioning (e.g., physically destroyed or broken) or defective.

2. Incomplete Order (e.g., missing items and/or accessories).

3. Wrong Item Shipped (e.g., wrong product/size/color, counterfeit item or expired).

4. Incorrect Size/Color: Delivered product does not fit (e.g., size is unsuitable).


If you face any kind of unwanted issues as above, Please follow the following procedure within the shortest possible time: 

1. First of all, kindly check the product while the delivery person is still there or in front of you;
2. You can tell the deliver person to wait for a while gently so that you can check the product in front of him;
3. If you discover a flaw or defect, please take a photo and submit Photo along with Invoice ID and notes to the Return Section;
4. Give a call immediately to our Hotline no.- 01847476345 to get the approval for returning the parcel;
5. You can also track the status of your Return Order by clicking Here or Side Toggle Bar;
6. Once the invoice status of Return Parcel shows Approved, quickly show it to the delivery person and he will take the parcel as return;
7. The overall process must be completed within the shortest possible time;

Note: Please remind that once the delivery person left your place, you will be unable and ineligible to Return the product and we assumed that the parcel have been successfully delivered to you in well condition;
